HMSHost International

For a wide variety of high-traffic locations at airports and shopping malls in Europe and the Middle East, we developed and created food trucks and other mobile units in close partnership with HMSHost International. As a full-service partner this work covered all phases, from concept development to crew training. For Oslo Gardermoen Airport, we fully designed and implemented a festival setup in the intercontinental passengers area. The final setup consists of a variety of food trucks, featuring a broad variety of qualitative food and drink offer, a centralized unit for ordering and pickup, and a highly efficient back-of-house prep kitchen. Everything was built in accordance with the airport's stringent safety regulations and delivered to the terminal at a height of 12 meters during the airport's nightly closure hours.
