In a process of optimizing food offerings and food choices, Next Level Concepts provided services shaping the strategy to create signature products for Circle K, developing a new part of their gas stations’ menu assortment.
As consultants and developers, we have thoroughly reviewed the assortment. We not only designed a new menu, but also determined the appearance, chose the ingredients with care, gave advice on the preparation methods, and consulted about packaging and presentation. And with all that, taking cost price, employee skills and differentiation from competitors into account. We also trained the teams at all the gas stations, ensuring staff was well instructed on preparation and distribution of the food.
We have created signature products for Circle K. The brand owns the recipes and IP rights, and they have all the knowledge they need, enabling them to produce all products under license in Circle K’s main markets. This strategy provides ownership for the retail network, ensures 100% transparency in pricing structure, and cultivates synergies by having uniform and predefined products that are consistent across eight markets at a time.
