Saudi VIP

We we were asked to develop an ultra-high-end catering solution for providing gastronomic dinners in the desert for VIP guests. This required us to meet high and very specific demands for the kitchen and the transportation of all kitchen equipment.

We designed a series of mobile kitchens, each serving a specific culinary function:

• Cold kitchen – for perpering various chilled appetizers and salads, featuring state-of-the-art refrigeration systems to ensure freshness and quality.
• Hot kitchen – equipped with advanced cooking equipment for preparing gourmet hot dishes on-site to the highest standards.
• Dessert kitchen – for preparing exquisite desserts and drinks, with a wide range of options to delight even the most discerning palate.

Luxury and convenience – beyond expectations

Each truck is fully autonomous and capable of operating independently, allowing for flexible and efficient deployment. Energy, water, and electricity are available for extended periods in areas lacking these facilities. Top-tier climate control systems ensure optimal food preservation and staff comfort. The trucks meet the highest hygiene and sanitation standards, and contain a fully custom-developed airflow system, guaranteeing a carefree dining experience. They also offer total culinary flexibility, with virtually unlimited possibilities for preparing and presenting dishes, tailored to the most demanding requirements.

Considering all the limitations and conditions of the Saudi desert, we ensured that the trucks could withstand temperatures of 50 degrees Celsius. They can travel hundreds of kilometers through the desert’s inhospitable terrain. This extremely irregular landscape requires a high degree of flexibility between the kitchen unit and the chassis. Furthermore, we managed to reduce noise to zero so guests can enjoy the experience undisturbed. This comprehensive, mobile catering solution goes beyond the highest expectations for luxury and convenience in challenging terrains.
