Pizza Mia

Pizza Mia is a family-owned franchise concept. Next Level Concepts was commissioned to analyze the entire concept and all internal processes. This strategic advisory process was carried out by three leading internationally consultants, each with their own specialism.

Improvements were advised and implemented across the business – from proposition, menu and preparation methods, to supply chain, redesign of existing locations and development of layouts for future locations. What’s more, the team provided a comprehensive strategic vision for the formula’s rollout in Western Europe, including strategy, financial and operational models, and location and formula management. The duration of the project was approximately nine months.
