Our ‘ROASTED’ food truck is a former American hostel service food truck, build to be positioned on a fixed location. It has formerly been used on an airport street food market and therefore meets all the safety regulations that may come up from setting up on an airport.
It is equipped with a lot of fridges, holding cabinets, AUTO SHAMs, under counter fridges with drawers, glass door fridge for cold drinks and desserts, an extraction unit and two merry chef ovens. Everything runs on electricity. 400V/16A would be sufficient, however 32A/63A is more advantageous. The higher the power supply, the higher the capacity that can be delivered from the truck.
The food truck is meant and built for a concept with a process that ensures the food is prepared in a BOH kitchen and reheated in the truck afterwards. The staff capacity inside the truck is between 3-4 persons.
The truck does not have an engine, hence why it needs to be positioned on a fixed location. This can be a beach side throughout the summer season or a popular street food running from spring to autumn.
The truck can be repainted or rebranded, tailored to a specific concept and adapted to your wishes and business case.
