Pizza Mia

Pizza Mia is a family-owned franchise concept with ambitions to further professionalize and grow. Next Level Concepts was commissioned to analyze and optimize the entire concept, and all internal processes, as well as to roll out the improvements across all nearly 50 locations.

Scalability was therefore a key starting point in the strategic advisory process. So were devising smart, simple solutions and optimizing the guest experience. Three leading international consultants, each specializing in a different area, worked on this project for about nine months. This included on-site work. In eastern Russia. Strategic improvements and smart new layouts

We advised on and implemented improvements throughout the entire organization – including the concept, the menu, and preparation methods, and supply chain. Additionally, we functionally redesigned existing locations and developed smart layouts for future locations. Furthermore, the team delivered a comprehensive strategic vision for implementing the formula in Western Europe. This included strategy, financial and operational models, and location and formula management.

Another important part of the project was documentation. We embedded all advice, solutions, and methods into procedures and meticulously documented them. This ensures that nothing will be lost, and that people can be trained consistently. Good documentation also enables to act much more quickly when opening a new branch.
